Mention Rate
Mention Rate measures how often a brand appears across a selected set of AI-generated answers.
Why it matters
It is the first signal that AI systems recognize the brand as relevant to a category or prompt universe.
How it is measured or used
Divide the number of answer snapshots where the brand is mentioned by the total number of snapshots checked.
Example
If AnswerRoute appears in 26 of 30 answers, its mention rate is 86.7% for that run.

Is being mentioned enough?
No. A brand can be mentioned but not recommended, ranked, or cited. Those are stronger signals.
